GRDFLR (read as Ground Floor) is established with a clear mission: to design, build, and renovate landed properties — from terrace houses to semi-Ds and bungalows.
As a subsidiary of AIDI Design & Build Sdn Bhd, we’re led by a team of experienced specialists, including architects, engineers, and contractors. Backed by a strong portfolio, we bring together thoughtful design and solid execution to transform homes from the ground up.
“Building or renovating a landed home isn’t the same as doing up a condo. It comes with its own set of complexities — from structural works and drainage systems to extensions, roofing, and ground-level detailing.
